Rotor Material & Design -

Manufactured from 400 series high carbon Martensitic stainless steel. Full floating blade reduces pad pushback for a solid pedal every time. Designed with a 3mm larger diameter blade allowing for a nominal wear margin. Factory rotors have no wear margin as the pads run off the edge of the rotor blade creating excessive hot spots.

Brake Pads -

These rotors can be used with stock brake pads or our upgraded sintered iron pads. Stock brake pads work well with average speeds, slow crawling and have good bite when brakes are cold.

Sintered iron pads work best with higher speeds and aggressive braking. They have more bite when hot, but poor performance when brakes are cool. We do not recommended sintered pads for crawling or mild driving. 

This rotor is a direct replacement for all Pro R models and is the same for both front and rear.

Direct Stock Replacement For -

• Polaris Pro R - Front & Rear.
• This rotor is also a direct replacement for any Polaris vehicle model that uses part numbers -1914139 and -1914169. However, TPR is only offering brake pads for the Pro R.
